Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registration fees and payments made to FOG Fashion Studio are final and strictly non-refundable, under any and all circumstances, once a registration has been successfully submitted and payment completed.

In the event that a show or event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural calamities, acts of God, unforeseen city or venue conditions, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event — the event will be rescheduled to a new date and time announced at the convenience of FOG Fashion Studio. Existing registrations will automatically carry forward to the rescheduled date. No monetary refund will be issued as a result of such postponement.

If a registered participant is unable to attend or complete participation in an event for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to illness, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other cause — the matter will be reviewed solely at the discretion of the FOG Fashion Studio team. Regardless of the outcome of that review, no monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.

In the rare event that FOG Fashion Studio cancels an event entirely (rather than postponing it), any alternative arrangement (such as credit toward a future event) will be at the sole discretion of FOG Fashion Studio's management team.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
