Eligibility & Registration
Registration is open to participants within the age categories specified for each event. All information provided during registration must be accurate. FOG Fashion Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
Event Participation
Participants and guardians are expected to follow event guidelines, schedules, and instructions provided by the FOG Fashion Studio team. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for conduct we consider inappropriate or disruptive.
Force Majeure
FOG Fashion Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, venue unavailability, or other unforeseen city/venue conditions. In such cases, the event may be postponed and rescheduled to a convenient date, at the sole discretion of FOG Fashion Studio, with reasonable notice provided to registered participants.
Non-Participation
If a registered participant is unable to attend or participate for any reason, whether personal or otherwise, the matter will be reviewed and decided upon at the sole discretion of the FOG Fashion Studio team. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy — no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, and design, is the property of FOG Fashion Studio and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
FOG Fashion Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation or use of this website.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
